Frequently asked questions
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery, setup and pickup are included with all current Rent Then Play rentals.
Can I pick up the machines myself?
No. Rent Then Play handles delivery, setup and pickup so you do not need to transport the equipment.
What does “all day” mean for the Nerf rental?
The Nerf Party Rental is yours for the day through nightfall.
Does submitting a request reserve my date?
Not yet. Your request lets us check availability. We will contact you to confirm the rental and event details.
Can I request a cotton candy flavor that is not listed?
Yes. Grape, Cherry and Raspberry are available, and other flavors may be available upon request.
Can I rent more than one item?
Absolutely. Tell us what you are interested in and we can discuss the best combination for your event.
Can I request a party attendant?
Yes. A Rent Then Play party attendant is available upon request for $25 per hour.
Do you offer custom cookies and cake pops?
Yes. Pricing is based on the quantity ordered, and flavors or designs are available upon request.
What is the Latte Cart?
The Latte Cart is a mobile drink setup for events with hot or iced latte options. Pricing and menu choices are available upon inquiry.
